This e-mail was directed to our Customer Service Manager by a member who had had a long, harrowing day with the threat of a court summons hanging over her head due to a complicated, on-going lawsuit. By the end of that day, all was resolved:

Michelle, in our CDL department, talked to our member’s insurance agent, explaining the services USL provides to our drivers when it appeared that our member would be denied insurance and, therefore, the ability to make a living as a truck driver. Michelle received this from the driver:

The driver sent this to our CDL department:
